Worley Sound is a premium sound reinforcement company specializing in live sound equipment rental, audio design and consulting, and audio labor services.

In 2021, our founder Tom Worley saw an opportunity to offer a bespoke, boutique service that puts clients’ needs first with a very high level of detail. With nearly 20 years in the live entertainment industry, we have built strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors, and have a global database of high-level engineers and technicians.

In 2025, we opened Worley Studio, a custom built rehearsal facility located three miles from Downtown Nashville and neighboring Worley Sound. Designed as a large scale, flexible rehearsal environment with multiple rehearsal and mixed-use rooms, Worley Studio serves as a private workspace for production rehearsals. Guided by the ethos of Worley Sound, the facility was designed and crafted by music industry professionals with touring in mind. The adaptability of the space allows our clients to customize the environment to their unique needs while maintaining the discretion and focus required for high level preparation.
